• Kayse won unanimously. Still need time to make the change officially. Probably keep Astru as Co-Chair as long as she is paying for the account.

Quarterly†

Heard noting regarding Portal request from Courtyard to Smuggler's Tunnels

Xynwen (Discord post here), the CHE guru, stated on 3 July 2025

• Effective immediately, all non-event-related CHE submissions are on hold. These are the requests you place quarterly for House work.

• Keirloran was inducted at brunch
• We needed two officers, and Fyrentennimar coudn't make the meeting

Khiya memorial†

• Tried to do at Marsh Keep tour, 1 person showed up
• Tried to do it at the Ki'lin Hunt. As part of a major Twilight Hall event, there was a raffle afterwards and therefore a schedule.
• Let's do it in December.
• 10th Annivesary of Wehnimer's Landing Annex. Some research is already on that wiki.

Solhaven Annex†

• List of Room Descriptions
• Next brainstorming TBA, maybe near Thanksgiving or Christmas break
• Tatterclaws was asking about books in game. We can use Riverman's books in Solhaven Annex.
