- Burghal Rules run by Teasurii
- scheduled day after the meeting

Koaratos (July) event:
- Hang out at Beacon Hall Archive
- Tour, stories and so on.

Phoenatos (August) event:
- A weekend lunch in the tree (or Aeia's sanctuary if the town gets invaded)
- On the 16th starting around 11:30
- Food and stories.

Prizes
- A nice giftbox to present the prizes
- Red laquered box?
- Solicit suggestions for prize descriptions from absent officers

Books
- Winning books from picture book contest made into books.
- Formatting required
