In the past, treasure items sold to the gemshops never appeared on the open market, apparently being passed to private collectors. Gem merchants are now seeking a larger clientele. From now on all items, except unset gems, will appear for resale on tables found in the shops. The tables will separate items into the magical and non-magical.
Elementalists will be able to investigate the properties of the items with Elemental Detection. |

To the elegant annual Silvergate Gala! Wear your finest apparel! There ye shall find a wintry wonderland, with courtly minstrels and amusing jesters. We hold a Grande Ball for ye dancing pleasure, a Fashion Show/Apparel Contest, tantalizing liqueurs and food, captivating entertainment, and exquisite finery for sale. Twilight Hall and Willow Hall invite all rangers, casters of minor elemental magic, and users of magical items to come to our monthly magic item exchange.
The event will be held Tilamaires, Eoantos the 14th at 9:00 in the evening by the elven time (Tuesday 11/14/2006 at 9:00 PM Eastern) at Willow Hall in Wehnimer's Landing. Participants may bring sticks, bark and wiregrass to use and share, but a quick field trip can be taken for those who need tips on where to find these things. Questions on foraging, imbuing and imbedding will be answered informally. Rangers will imbue sticks, bark and wiregrass. Casters of minor elemental magic will then imbed these items with the spells requested by the magic items users. Adventures of all professions can expect to benefit from this free exchange of skill and information. |
