Any time you send email to Simutronics in response to a letter you have received from us, please make sure that your email client includes the original letter in your response. Because we process hundreds of email letters each day, it is imperative that we have the full history of letters in anything you respond to.
Most email clients allow the toggling of this feature, but AOL users do not have this option available to them. The best way to get around the problem is to FORWARD the letter back to us rather than replying. On AOL and in most email programs, you are able to edit and make additions to forwarded letters, allowing you to write your response and maintain a record of previous information sent. |
