Goatfest†Friday August 26th through Sunday August 28th Join Beacon Hall Archive as they celebrate the Goat Days’ Festival! A time-honored tradition in River's Rest, the fest will include competitions, historical tours, challenging games, and several raffles that will be held over the course of three evenings. Reach For the Stars with Beacon Hall Archive†Saturday, June 25th at 8:00 PM EDT Come celebrate the true beginning of summer with the Beacon Hall Archive! We will guide you through stories about the stars in the summer sky, accompanied of course with food and drinks. Please join us in River's Rest Commons at 20:00 elven on the 18th of Lumnea, where we will proceed to the telescope south of the drawbridge. We may also pay a visit to the Flinger afterwards and attempt to reach for the stars!
Bi-Monthly Tour and Game (Wehnimer's Landing Annex edition)†Saturday, May 14th at 2:00 EDT Join Beacon Hall on Feastday the 14th of Ivastaen at 14:00 elven in our Wehnimer's Landing Annex located in the kobold village for a quick tour and a game of Gem of Fate! This event is open to members and non-members alike so come out, have fun and maybe win a giant sack of gems (or be horribly maimed)!
Book Worms†Sunday, April 10th at 5:00 PM EST Come spend a Restday evening with Beacon Hall Archive in their library. We'll start with a tale about why this room is supposedly haunted and how this ghost got its home. Afterwards, we'll search through our dictionaries looking for undefined terms and come up with suitable corresponding entries. Join us on the 10th of Olaesta beginning at 17:00 elven! (OOC Note: The event will make use of the DEFINE verb, so that submissions can be reviewed for official reference within the game.)
Bi-Monthy Tour and Game†Saturday, March 26th at 2:00 PM EST Do Bi-Monthly tours of Beacon Hall make your eyes bleed? When you hang out with our members and officers, can you just feel your brains seeping out your ears? If you never experienced such a pleasure, you certainly can this month. Join us on Feastday the 26th of Charlatos at 14:00 elven for a brief tour followed by Dodge the Void 5116! Participation options range from playing, watching safely from our gazebo, sitting in Commons to be rained on by blood and offal, to cleanup duties, but there's only one way to win.
Romance in the Rest†Fashanos (Tuesday), Tilamaires (February) 16th, 20:00 elven (eastern) time Come celebrate the day of Voaris and Laethe with Beacon Hall Archive on Tilamaires, the 16th of Fashanos, 5116 (Tuesday, February 16th). Romance in the Rest will begin at 8:30pm in the commons where we will go to the point to listen to the story of Tandrik and Estamil. From there we will move to the Pavilion of the Bells to hear another tragic tale of two lovers. Finally, we will go to the Beacon Hall Terrace for our annual Sweetheart Ball. Grab someone close or just come eat, drink, and dance with a friend!
Bi-Monthly Tour†Restday (Sunday), Lormesta (January) 24, 9:00pm elven (eastern) time. Did you know that the library in Beacon Hall Archive is haunted or that there's a magical workshop? Come take a tour of the Archive and meet some of our members and officers! Join us beginning at 9:00pm elven on Restday the 24th of Lormesta in the River's Rest Town Commons. Afterwards, be prepared to play a new game called, "Sing or Fling!"
