Eorgaen event report†

• Run flawlessly by Kayse.
• Well attended, thoroughly enjoyed, a total success!
• Muffin, soup and brandied winterberries can be made as food for the house (at a later date in a large, combined order).

Officers†

• Vote on promoting Astru and Fyrentennimar from Event Coordinator/Vault Guardian (co-secretary and treasurer) positions to full positions (10 aye, 0 nay, 0 abstain)
• Teasurii interested in Vault Guardian (co-treasurer)
• Kayse interested in Storyteller
• Skipjack interested in Envoy
• Consensus was to follow bylaws regarding officer promotion (nomination period followed by election).

Annex†

• Box with letter was added to the coffee table
• Should add a blackboard to the Annex.
• Also a garbage barrel.

New Business†

Lormesta event†

• House tour and Dodge the Void
  • Restday, 4th of Lormestra at 16:00 elven
  • To be run by Kaldonis
• Skipjack and Selma also volunteer to run future tour/game events

Fashanos event†

• Romance in the Rest or Sweetheart Ball or something along those lines
  • To be run by Kayse/Skipjack
  • On the weekend of the 15th

Refining the Meeting Times†

• Some members can't make the Restday meetings on odd months
• Move to Feastday at 22:00 elven
  • 7 aye, 1 nay, 2 abstain

Quarterly Report†

• Annex library and book expenditures
  • three legacy books, three photo contest books, two picklefest books, plus four more that Jersea has
  • Library activation
  • Books + Library activation for 9 or 11 IP (depending on number of books)

• Food request
  • Muffins, soaked winterberries, soup, winterberry champagne
  • 10 food items possible for 4 IP
